Gross Margin Percentage or Dollars Metrics
With ever-increasing pressure on gross margins, finance managers at commercial cleaning businesses must have fast, accurate information about the bottom line. The gross margin widgets shows the Gross Margin Percentage or Gross Margin Dollars for the past month. It also allows you to establish a monthly target and the color grade (red, yellow, green) shows performance to target. Additionally, the arrow in the bottom right show how you performed to the previous month.
Top 5 and Bottom 5 – Gross Margin Percent and Dollars

The Top 5 and Bottom 5 Gross Margin widgets displays the top 5 and bottom 5 performing accounts in relationship to gross margin % and gross margin $. Open Documents Quantity (With Drill Down)
Since all customer orders and changes are being entered into the software, ManageClean can easily report the documents that are in pipeline and need action to close. This set of tiles display quantities, but they also provide the ability to drill into the data with a click. See the screenshots below to see this capability.
Open Sales Orders will show the quantity of sales orders that have not been processed into invoices and / or cancelled.
Open Changes is a subset of the Open Sales Orders, limited to just the orders that are changes.
Submitted Changes is a subset of Open Changes, limited to the changes that are in the Submitted status. Changes should be set to Approved before they are invoiced.
Approved Changes is a subset of Open Changes, limited to the changes that are in the Approved status.
