Introducing Seidor Single Sign-On (SSO)
One of the main concerns of our customers is the fact that they have to remember multiple passwords for all of their systems, applications and even emails.
Good news! Single Sign-On with SAP Business ByDesign Multi-Factor Autehntication using Azure allows you to log into all supported applications with just one user avoiding you the inconvenience of having to remember all your credentials and providing extra layers of security like multifactor authentication.
Before reviewing how does the process work, let’s start by defining a Single Sign-On itself.
What is Single Sign On?
Single sign-on (SSO) is a session and user authentication service that permits a user to use one set of login credentials, for instance name and password to access multiple applications. There is no need to hold passwords in each application data base, cuts down on login troubleshooting and decreases the damage a hack can cause.
There are so many benefits around Single Sign On.
Just to mention some of them: multi-factor authentication, easy to use, scalable, convenience and reliable. With Seidor Sign On increase security and productivity and simplify access.
Here are the steps to configure Seidor Sign-On (SSO) with SAP Business ByDesign Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) using Azure
Go to -> Application and User Management -> Common Tasks -> Configure Single Sign-On. All technical data required to configure the Identity provider are available on this UI and can be downloaded into an “SP Metadata” file.
