SAP Business One can help your small/midsize business to be more productive and save time. There are 3 mobile apps that support SAP Business One:
- SAP Business One Mobile App for iOS and Android
- SAP Business One Sales App
- SAP Business One Service App
There is no additional charge for the mobile app if the user already has an SAP Business One license. Also available is a special mobile application license, which grants a user access to the mobile-only app.
SAP Business One Mobile App for iOS and Android
This is the traditional mobile app available for SAP Business One SQL version; or the version for SAP HANA. The HANA version has a few more features. It can operate on iPhone, iPad or Android.
From the app users can create/view/edit/change activities, approvals & alerts, business partners, inventory, sales documents, sales opportunities, service contracts & calls, and view reports and dashboards.

SAP Business One Sales App
The sales app is for use with SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA (not available for the SQL version) and operates on iPhone or Android.
Great for businesses with sales people who spend time on the road. Works with a wifi / phone data plan, or use the caching for offline mode.
From the sales app, sales users can create new customers or leads; manage activities; create sales opportunities; search/create and cancel sales quotes and orders.

SAP Business One Service App
This is a new app for 2018 for SAP Business One version for SAP HANA (not available for SQL version).
Great for service-based businesses with mobile technicians who need to view and edit service tickets. From the app, service users can check in/out, call customers, take photos and view service history. The ticket summary captures a report of service ticket details, can capture a customer signature and generate a PDF.
